Time to Talk/  Living Options Dedicated confidential listening service – Time to Talk for people who are feeling lonely and isolated and need someone to talk to. Main focus is people with disabilities or long-term health conditions, and also Deaf people who use British Sign Language (BSL).   One to one and group life coaching service  Webcam (video chat) options for service users available across a range of apps. British Sign Language Health Access BSL Health Access offers immediate, on demand access to BSL interpreters for communication with Deaf people across all NHS related services, including GPs, health clinics, pharmacies and 111. The service is currently free and can be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Red Cross The Red Cross Coronavirus Telephone Support Line. This free service provides emotional support from volunteers trained in the Red Cross ‘CALMER’ psychosocial support approach. Action for Blind People (RNIB) Visit our national webpage for useful information.  West of England Eye Unit through RNIB’s Eye Clinic Liaison Officers. Officers are continuing to support existing and new patients during the pandemic by checking they have access to shopping, prescriptions and medication, are able to keep in touch with family and friends and can access current info about the situation. Exeter Community Energy They aim to help as many people as possible including those struggling financially, having difficulty in topping up their prepayment meter and those most vulnerable in the current situation, who are in the ‘shielded’ group or are self-isolating.   We are providing the following services:  1. Telephone and email support for vulnerable and isolated residents to help with: 
a) Energy advice and healthy homes funding project. 
b) Billing issues, tariff renewal advice  
c) Signposting to other local community services supporting the current situation. 
2. Emergency support for those with urgent energy or billing issues, or heating issues such as broken heating. This might mean a home visit as long as the home energy advisor and resident(s) can be kept safe in line with government guidance.  3. Assistance with delivering food, medicines and other essential goods to those who don’t have this support.  4.
